We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer who can contribute to our mission by creating impactful visual content and supporting our communication efforts.
Key Responsibilities• Design creative and engaging social media posts, campaign creatives, awareness materials, and promotional content
• Create posters, banners, brochures, invitations, presentations, and other branding materials
• Support administrative teams with visual designs for reports, internal communication, and documentation requirements
• Develop creative concepts aligned with Paavai Foundation’s branding and campaign objectives
• Ensure consistency in design quality across all digital and print materials
• Coordinate with content and social media teams to deliver designs within deadlines
• Edit and enhance images, graphics, and visual assets when required
Requirements• Minimum 1 year of experience in Graphic Design
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, CorelDRAW, or similar design software
• Strong understanding of social media design trends and visual storytelling
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and time management skills
