Job details:
At Olter, we're entering our next chapter.
Over the last few years, we've built brands, websites, campaigns, content, films and digital experiences for clients across hospitality, automotive, social impact and lifestyle.
That phase gave us range.
Now we're becoming more intentional.
We're building brands that people remember. Work that's thoughtful, strategically grounded and beautifully executed.
And we're looking for a designer who wants to be part of that journey.
What you'll do
You'll work across integrated brand communication for some of the country's most respected hospitality and premium brands.
We believe every brand interaction tells a story. Whether it's a brochure picked up at a luxury hotel, a presentation in a boardroom, a magazine advertisement, an emailer, a Meta campaign or an event experience, you'll ensure every touchpoint feels intentional, cohesive and unmistakably on-brand.
Your work will span:
- Brand brochures and editorial layouts
- Hotel presentations, pitch decks and sales collateral
- Campaign key visuals and launch assets
- Magazine, newspaper and print advertising
- Meta, Google and digital campaign creatives
- CRM communication and emailers
- Social media campaigns and content
- Event branding, signage and environmental graphics
- Outdoor advertising and banners
- Brand identity extensions and visual systems
- Marketing collateral across print and digital
One week you could be developing campaign communication for IHCL. The next, you could be crafting a brand identity extension for a luxury automotive client or helping launch a purpose-driven brand.
No two projects are the same.
You might be the one if you:
- Have 3–6 years of experience in an advertising, branding or creative agency
- Have worked on hospitality, luxury, lifestyle or premium consumer brands
- Understand what makes communication feel premium—not just polished
- Have a strong command of typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy
- Can take a project from concept to execution with minimal supervision
- Are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Use AI to improve your workflow without compromising originality or craft
- Can confidently present your work and explain the thinking behind your decisions
- Thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving agency environment
Bonus points if you:
- Have worked with hotel brands, F&B, luxury retail or premium real estate
- Have experience creating integrated campaigns across multiple touchpoints
- Understand print production and premium finishes
- Enjoy collaborating with strategists, copywriters, photographers and filmmakers
What we're looking for
Someone with great taste.
Someone who obsesses over the details.
Someone who understands that design isn't decoration—it's communication.
We don't expect perfection.
We do expect curiosity, ownership and the ambition to make every piece of work better than the last.
A strict no-no
- You need constant direction to move projects forward
- You design based on trends instead of solving communication problems
- You struggle to maintain consistency across multiple brand touchpoints
- You can't explain your design decisions beyond "it looks good"
- You ignore AI instead of learning how it can elevate your workflow
- You're uncomfortable working in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment
Why Olter?
We're a small team with big ambitions.
You'll work directly on brands that people know, experience and remember. You'll have ownership, creative freedom and the opportunity to contribute to work that spans branding, campaigns, hospitality, luxury and culture.
Most importantly, you'll help shape the next chapter of Olter.
If that sounds like your kind of place, we'd love to hear from you.
Send us your portfolio along with a short note about a project you're most proud of.
