What is this role all about?
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring Nuuk’s brand, products, and campaigns to life visually.
This role is about turning ideas, product features, and marketing briefs into clean, sharp, scroll-stopping creatives across social media, website, marketplaces, performance ads, and brand campaigns.
You’ll be working across product launches, daily content, digital campaigns, and e-commerce assets — basically making sure Nuuk looks as good online as the products do in real life.
What will you do?
Brand and Campaign Design
- Create visual assets for product launches, campaigns, social media, website banners, emailers, WhatsApp creatives, and digital communication.
- Design campaign key visuals, carousels, static posts, story layouts, ad creatives, and product-led communication.
- Maintain Nuuk’s visual language across all platforms while bringing fresh ideas to the table.
Marketplace Assets
- Design assets for Amazon, Flipkart, website PDPs, A+ content, feature callouts, comparison charts, banners, and listing visuals.
- Translate product USPs into simple, clear, and visually strong communication.
- Work closely with the creative and product teams to make technical features easy to understand and good-looking.
Performance and Digital Creatives
- Create performance marketing ads that are sharp, clear, and conversion-focused.
- Experiment with layouts, hooks, typography, and product-led storytelling for better digital performance.
- Adapt creatives across multiple sizes, formats, and platforms without losing the core idea.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with copywriters, 3D designers, video editors, product teams, and marketers to execute campaign and content ideas.
- Take briefs, understand the objective, and turn them into strong visual outputs.
- Take feedback positively and refine designs quickly without losing attention to detail.
Who we are looking for:
- 1–4 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, ideally in D2C, consumer brands, agencies, or design-first organisations
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy
- Comfortable creating assets across social media, performance ads, website, marketplaces, emailers, and campaign rollouts
- Has worked on or contributed to brand systems, digital campaigns, product launches, or e-commerce creatives
- Can turn product features and marketing briefs into clear, sharp, visually strong communication
- Confident working cross-functionally with copywriters, marketers, product teams, video editors, and 3D designers
- Excited by fast-paced work, multiple formats, feedback loops, and building a brand that doesn’t look like everyone else
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance speed and quality
- Bonus points for motion graphics, AI tools, 3D understanding, or performance marketing experience
