This role requires a strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and the ability to independently drive creative projects while collaborating closely with marketing, product, and content te
ams.

ities● Own and execute end-to-end design for marketing campaigns, social media, performance ads, app creatives, website banners, and offline collate
rals.● Ensure consistency of brand identity across all touchpo
ints.● Conceptualise creative ideas and design systems aligned with business g
oals.● Collaborate with content, marketing, product, and growth teams to deliver high-i
mpactcreat
ives.● Lead visual direction for campaigns and mentor junior designers when requ
ired.● Adapt designs for different platforms while maintaining visual clarity and effective
ness.● Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timel
ines.
Required Skills & Qualific
ations● 2+ years of professional experience in graphic d
esign.● Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first design, branding, and campaign
work.● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion design is a
plus.● Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hier
archy.● Experience designing for social media, performance marketing, and digital pro
ducts.● Ability to work independently and take ownership of creative deliver
ables.● Excellent communication and collaboration s
kills.
