Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Gurugram. The Graphic Designer will develop visual concepts and designs for digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, presentations, social media assets, and corporate communications. Responsibilities include creating graphics that align with brand guidelines, designing logos and visual identity elements, selecting and refining typography, and preparing final files for production. The role involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and operations teams to translate business requirements into clear, engaging visuals that support client projects and internal initiatives. The Graphic Designer will also contribute to ongoing brand development, maintain design consistency across touchpoints, and manage multiple design tasks and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, engaging visuals for digital and print channels.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and applying visual identity systems across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to choose and apply typefaces that enhance readability and brand impact.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Portfolio demonstrating professional design work, showcasing branding, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Attention to detail, strong visual judgment, and the ability to follow and evolve brand guidelines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
