About the Role
We are looking for a versatile and creative Graphic Designer to join our team and drive visual communication across brand, digital, and packaging channels. If you have a sharp eye for detail, a strong sense of aesthetics, and a passion for bringing ideas to life — we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging social media creatives including static posts, stories, reels covers, and ad banners across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Develop logos, brand identity systems, colour palettes, and comprehensive brand guidelines.
- Create print-ready packaging designs including labels, boxes, and pouches from concept to production-ready artwork.
- Produce marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and emailers.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design touchpoints.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to translate briefs into compelling visuals.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong and diverse portfolio.
- Solid understanding of design principles including layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent command of colour theory and its practical application across mediums.
- Strong typography skills covering font selection, spacing, hierarchy, and readability.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation using tools like After Effects.
- Experience with platform-specific design formats for social media.
- Understanding of print production and pre-press requirements.
