As a graphic designer, you will own the visual execution of Navtech's brand across all channels. You will work directly with the marketing manager to produce high-quality digital and print assets consistently, quickly, and on-brand. If you have an eye for strong hierarchy, beautiful design aesthetics, clean layouts, and purposeful typographies - and you know the difference between content that communicates and content that just fills space - you'll fit right in.
The Candidate Will Have Responsibilities Across The Following Functions
Social Media and Digital Content:
- Design vector posts, carousels, GIFs, banner graphics, e-books, whitepapers, etc. for Navtech's B2B communication channels such as LinkedIn, Google, YouTube and so on.
- Create visual templates that can be adapted for different content formats and campaigns.
- Design emailers, newsletter layouts, and campaign assets.
- Produce ad creatives for marketing campaigns.
Marketing Collateral
- Build one-pagers, case studies, company profile documents, and capability decks with Adobe, Figma and PowerPoint.
- Design event materials - banners, standees, roll-ups, brochures, one-pagers, and printed handouts.
- Produce pitch deck slides and presentation templates aligned with brand guidelines.
- Create infographics and data visualisations to be showcased on marketing collateral, reports, blog posts, and social content
Brand And Website
- Maintain and apply Navtech's brand system
- Design web sections and landing page layouts in Figma or web design tools, including but not limited to AI tools.
- Create or refine iconography, illustrations, and UI assets as needed.
- Ensure brand consistency across every channel and format.
Video And Motion
- Edit short-form video content for LinkedIn and YouTube - testimonials, product reels, and case study highlights.
- Add motion graphics, lower thirds, and text overlays to video assets.
- Produce simple logo animations and transitions using Jitter or After Effects.
- Collaborate on video storyboards and visual direction for client testimonial shoots.
Requirements
- 1+ years of professional graphic design experience; experience in a B2B, tech, or agency environment is a plus.
- A portfolio that demonstrates excellent aesthetic, layout, hierarchy, and typographic sensibility.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Video editing experience: Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of motion graphics tools (After Effects, Jitter, or similar).
- Ability to design for LinkedIn specifically - understanding of aspect ratios, feed behaviour, and what performs in a B2B context.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English - you need to read a brief, ask the right questions, and articulate your design decisions.
- Excellent skills in time management and the ability to prioritise.
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Excellent attention to detail - all content that is designed will be hygiene checked by you at the initial stage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and hit deadlines without hand-holding.
- Bachelor's degree in design, visual communication, fine arts, or a related field.
- Equivalent professional experience with a strong portfolio will be considered.
Plus
- Experience designing for enterprise SaaS or AI companies.
- Canva template creation (used for rapid turnaround assets).
- Basic HTML/CSS understanding or experience designing for web handoff.
- Familiarity with brand guidelines development and documentation.
- Experience working with or alongside external design partners.
