About MWO
MyWellOps is the all-in-one practice management platform for therapists, coaches, bodyworkers, and wellness practitioners. We’re growing fast across the UK and South Africa, and need a designer who can keep up.
What you’ll actually do
You’ll own the creative output for our paid ads (Meta + Google) and organic social (LinkedIn + Instagram). Speed and volume matter more than perfection — we test fast, kill losers, scale winners.
• Design static ad creatives for Meta and Google (multiple variations per concept, fast turnarounds)
• Produce short-form video ads (15–30s) — hook-driven, captioned, mobile-first
• Build organic social posts for Instagram and LinkedIn (static + animated)
• Adapt winning ad creative across formats, languages (UK/SA), and ICPs
• Work directly with the founder — no creative director layer, no agency politics
What we need
• Canva mastery — you live in it, including animations, video, brand kits
• Strong with CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar for quick video edits
• Portfolio showing paid social ads (not just pretty graphics — performance-driven work)
• Comfortable producing 5–10 variations of a concept in a day
• Understands hook-first design — first 1 second wins or loses
• Native or fluent English, strong written communication
• Self-managed, reliable, fast Slack/Jira response times
Bonus
• Experience designing for SaaS, health, or wellness
• Familiarity with Figma (for occasional landing page assets)
• Understanding of Meta Ads Manager creative requirements
• Motion graphics / After Effects basics
