JD – Graphic Designer

We are seeking a graphic designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

Graphic Designer Responsibilities:

·       Create, design, and edit video content including reels, motion graphics, and promotional videos to enhance digital presence and storytelling.

·       Create engaging social media posts, thumbnails, branding creatives, and campaign assets including posters, carousels, and banners.

·       Ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand identity across all digital platforms and campaigns.

·       Plan and develop creative concepts by researching relevant information, materials, and current design trends.

·       Collaborate closely with content and strategy teams to produce impactful and cohesive visual communication.

·       Contribute innovative ideas for reels, campaigns, and trend-based content to enhance audience engagement.

·       Translate brand voice and messaging into compelling visual designs that resonate with the target audience.

·       Design layouts, illustrations, product graphics, company logos, and website elements using tools like Photoshop and other design software.

·       Prepare and finalize artwork by utilizing appropriate design tools, software, and production techniques.

·       Coordinate with external agencies, printers, web designers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

·       Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback.

·       Review and refine final layouts, suggesting improvements to maintain high-quality design standards.

Graphic Designer Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, Premier pro, After effects etc. InDesign Quark, CorelDraw and Illustrator.
• A strong eye for visual composition.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• Experience with computer-aided design.
