Experience: 1-3 years
Qualifications
- Create graphics, logos, patterns, and product designs for sportswear and activewear.
- Develop designs based on customer requirements and current market trends.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and production teams for design execution.
- Prepare print-ready files and mock-ups for production approval.
- Ensure design accuracy, quality, and timely completion of assigned work.
- Work using design software such as CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Maintain understanding of printing methods such as sublimation, screen printing, and embroidery.
- Support packaging, catalogues, and marketing design requirements.
- Submit daily work reports to the department head / team leader.
