Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and performance-driven Graphic Designer who can go beyond basic design execution and contribute to impactful visual communication across digital platforms.
This role is not limited to creating good-looking creatives — you will take end-to-end ownership of design output, align closely with marketing and product teams, and ensure that every design serves a clear business objective.
The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong sense of design thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality creatives at speed in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality creatives for social media, ad campaigns, branding, and marketing materials
- Translate briefs and concepts into visually compelling and effective designs
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create performance-driven creatives
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, typography, color usage, and visual language
- Optimize designs for different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, web, ads, etc.)
- Iterate designs based on feedback, campaign performance, and stakeholder inputs
- Manage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in graphic design or a related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing real-world design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma (mandatory)
- Solid understanding of:
- Layout & composition
- Typography
- Color theory
- Visual hierarchy
- Ability to understand briefs independently and execute with minimal supervision
