Key Responsibilities
Develop visually appealing designs for a range of digital platforms, mainly for Meta and Google ads, and including website banners, landing pages, emailers, newsletters, with a focus on driving engagement and conversions.
Create compelling graphics for print media such as postcards, brochures, newspaper ads, catalogues, posters, standees, and flyers, maintaining consistency in brand messaging and aesthetics.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Product Development to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions and develop performance-driven creatives
Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design, and incorporate innovative ideas into design projects.
Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer Strong portfolio showcasing static ads, web design, and emailers
Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Adobe XD Good understanding of design principles, typography, and layouts
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
