We're Hiring | Senior Graphic Designer – Healthcare Branding Metro Group of Hospitals | Noida, India
At Metro Group of Hospitals, we're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who brings both creative excellence and a deep understanding of the healthcare space.
About the Role
As Senior Graphic Designer, you will be the creative backbone of our Group Branding & Marcom team — designing across print, digital, outdoor, and campaign collaterals for our hospitals, educational institutions, and senior care facilities across North India.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute design across TTL campaigns, service-line promotions, and brand communications
- Create and maintain brand consistency across 12+ hospitals and allied entities
- Design for digital (social media, web, performance marketing) and offline (OOH, print, in-hospital branding, signage)
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, digital, and content teams on integrated campaigns
- Support new brand launches, rebranding exercises, and event collaterals
- Manage and mentor junior designers
What We're Looking For
- 8–9+ years of experience in graphic design, with significant exposure to healthcare or hospital brands
- Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign work, brand identity, and digital design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); motion/video skills a plus
- Ability to translate medical and clinical information into clear, compelling visuals
- Experience working in-house with a hospital or healthcare group preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
