Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create engaging, on-brand visuals for digital and print media. The ideal candidate should be able to translate marketing requirements into compelling creatives, especially for healthcare and medical tourism campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Design:
- Design high-quality creatives for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create visually appealing Meta Ads creatives, landing page visuals, and performance-driven ad designs.
- Develop brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and email creatives aligned with campaign goals.
Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all creatives maintain consistency with Medsurge India’s brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity.
- Continuously refine designs to improve brand recall and engagement.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and performance teams to develop campaign-specific creatives.
- Understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective visual communication.
Optimization:
- Analyze performance feedback and optimize creatives accordingly (CTR, conversions, engagement).
- Create multiple variations of creatives for A/B testing.
Visual Editing:
- Edit images, infographics, and basic video creatives for digital platforms.
- Enhance visual storytelling through layouts, typography, and design elements.
Project Management:
- Handle multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain proper file management and version control for all creatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in digital marketing or the healthcare industry.
- Experience working with marketing teams or agencies is a plus.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Figma (Illustrator and After Effects are a plus).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience in designing for digital marketing campaigns, websites, and mobile-first creatives.
- Basic understanding of video editing tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ad creatives for Meta platforms is preferred.
