We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can translate complex ideas into compelling visual narratives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to contribute to meaningful climate-tech innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality social media creatives aligned with brand identity
- Create and refine pitch decks (PPTs) for investors, partners, and stakeholders
- Develop logos, branding elements, and visual systems
- Ensure consistency across all visual communications
- Collaborate closely with the core team on campaigns, product visuals, and storytelling
- Contribute creative ideas and design direction to strengthen brand positioning
What We’re Looking For
- Strong foundation in graphic design principles and visual storytelling
- Proven experience in branding, logo design, and digital creatives
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a collaborative startup environment
- Interest in climate-tech, sustainability, or environmental innovation (preferred)
