About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing agency. You will be
responsible for bringing brands to life through compelling visual storytelling. From social media
aesthetics to high-impact digital ads, your work will directly influence how audiences perceive
and interact with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
● Visual Content Creation: Design high-quality graphics for social media (Instagram, Meta,
LinkedIn), email marketing, and display advertising.
● Branding and Identity: Assist in developing brand guidelines, logos, and typography for
new and existing clients.
● Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Content teams to
brainstorm and execute creative concepts for seasonal campaigns.
● Adaptability: Create diverse assets ranging from static carousels and infographics to basic
motion graphics and video overlays.
● Revision Management: Iterate on designs based on internal feedback and client
requirements to ensure the final output is polished and professional.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years in a Marketing Agency or fast-paced creative environment.
● Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Mastery of Canva is mandatory for quick-turnaround social assets and
template creation.
● Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a clean aesthetic, clever use of typography, and
a solid understanding of color theory.
● Marketing Focus: An understanding of what clicks—designing with conversion and
engagement in mind rather than just artistic flair.
● Efficiency: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
without compromising quality.
● Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain design choices
to stakeholders.

● Location: Based in the vibrant hub of Durgapura, Jaipur.
