We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join Omnicom Production. In this role, you will create compelling visual assets across print and digital platforms, translating creative concepts into high-quality designs that align with brand guidelines and client objectives. You will collaborate closely with creative, account, and production teams to deliver innovative, engaging, and production-ready creative solutions.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions based on client briefs and brand guidelines.
- Design and produce high-quality creative assets across print, digital, and marketing channels.
- Execute layouts, image editing, typography, and visual compositions with a strong attention to detail.
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Prepare production-ready artwork and ensure accuracy across all deliverables.
- Adapt existing creative assets for multiple formats, platforms, and markets while maintaining brand consistency.
- Present design concepts internally and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate creative output.
- Support the team with production tasks and other design-related responsibilities as required.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design within an advertising agency, production house, or creative studio.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, typography, layout, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of print production processes, digital design, and production-ready artwork.
- Excellent knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and visual design principles.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality creative output.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.
- A passion for design, creativity, and continuous learning.
Location: Mumbai
This is a 5-day WFO role.
