We're Hiring: Graphic Designer
Got a sharp eye for design and love translating complex manufacturing concepts into visuals that just work? We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can take dense technical and mechanical ideas and make them instantly clear - for engineers, plant managers, and procurement teams alike.
What you'll be doing
- Designing marketing creatives, presentations, and digital assets for the manufacturing industry
- Turning technical and mechanical concepts (think: GD&T, machining processes, tolerance specs) into easy-to-understand visuals
- Using AI tools to simplify industry jargon and produce graphics that resonate with a niche, technical audience
- Juggling multiple projects without missing deadlines
- Keeping designs consistent, clean, and on-brand across every touchpoint
You'll fit right in if you
- Have strong graphic design skills and great visual sense
- Love experimenting while staying purposeful and precise
- Pay attention to the smallest details - kerning, alignment, hierarchy
- Are based in Raipur
Bonus points if you
- Have a mechanical engineering background or can easily read technical drawings and process diagrams
- Are comfortable working with AI tools to break down complex manufacturing terminology
