M2M is looking for creative, proactive and detail-oriented Graphic Designers to join our growing team.
What We're Looking For
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1.5-3 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Fluent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign. Hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro and Figma will be a plus.
- A strong eye for design detail, branding, typography, layout, colour theory and visual storytelling.
- A proactive hustler who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Receptive to feedback, eager to learn, continuously improve and grow with the team.
- Ability to understand briefs quickly and deliver high-quality creatives within deadlines.
- A knack for generating creative concepts and bringing fresh ideas to the table is a big plus.
