Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Graphic & UI/UX Designer with strong Figma expertise. This is a design-heavy role focused primarily on marketing creatives, with additional work across landing pages, branding, and UI systems.
If your workflow isn’t Figma-first, this role is not a fit.
What You’ll Do- Design high-performing marketing creatives (ads, social, campaign assets)
- Create and maintain brand visual systems
- Design landing pages and conversion-focused UI
- Contribute to design systems in Figma (components, auto-layout, scalability)
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team on campaigns and experiments
- Take ownership of design output from concept to delivery
Must-Have Requirements- Strong proficiency in Figma (non-negotiable)Auto-layout
- Components & variants
- Clean, scalable file structure
- Prototyping (basic to intermediate)
- 1–2 years of relevant design experience (internships/freelance count)
- Strong portfolio showcasing:
- Marketing creatives (ads, social, etc.)
- Landing pages or UI work
- Good understanding of design for performance (not just aesthetics)
Nice to Have- Experience with branding systems
- Familiarity with other design tools (Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Basic understanding of web (HTML/CSS) or no-code tools
What We’re Looking For- High attention to detail and speed of execution
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
- Strong visual judgment and consistency
Important- Figma-heavy portfolios are mandatory
