AI-Enabled Graphic Designer

Ladli Foundation is looking for a creative and skilled AI-Enabled Graphic Designer to create engaging visuals for social media, campaigns, reports, presentations, events, and digital communication.
Responsibilities
- Design social media posts, banners, posters, brochures, presentations, and print materials.
- Use AI tools like Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, DALL·E, or similar tools for creative design work.
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs.
- Create layouts for reports, proposals, donor presentations, and campaign materials.
- Resize and adapt creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
- Support event branding such as standees, backdrops, certificates, and invitations.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar tools.
- Ability to use AI-based design tools.
- Good understanding of layout, typography, colors, and branding.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualification
Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
Experience: 1–3 years preferred.
