Role Overview
You will be responsible for shaping Kotson’s visual identity across platforms- creating impactful, high-conversion creatives while leveraging AI tools to enhance speed, precision, and innovation.
At Kotson, design is not just about aesthetics- it’s about creating a refined, aspirational experience. We are looking for a Graphic Designer who blends creativity, performance thinking, and AI-driven workflows to elevate our brand presence.

Who We’re Really Looking For
- A performance-driven designer who understands what converts- not just what looks good.
- Someone who actively uses AI tools in their daily workflow.
- Strong at ad creatives (Meta, Google, landing pages) with a results-first mindset.
- Has a clean sense of luxury / premium branding aesthetics.
- Can think like a marketer + designer combined.
- Fast executor, can create multiple variations quickly using AI + design tools.
- Comfortable with feedback, iteration, and testing creatives at scale.
- Has a strong foundation in visual storytelling.
- Bonus: Experience in D2C, lifestyle, or premium product brands.
