About KOSA:
KOSA Wellbeing is a beauty, skin health and wellness brand and service platform based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. It was founded in 2016 by cosmetic and skin care expert Dr. Pooja Shah Talera.
It began as a skincare lab to experiment with and adapt global beauty and treatment techniques for Indian skin types, and has since expanded into a broader wellness, personal care, and aesthetic services hub.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content for digital and print platforms. The candidate should have a strong design sense, attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into impactful visuals that align with brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
Design creatives for social media, websites, ads, brochures, banners, and marketing materials.
Develop logos, brand guidelines, layouts, and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing and content team to create compelling visuals.
Edit images, graphics, and basic videos as required.
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in graphic design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Knowledge of Canva, CorelDRAW, or video editing tools is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
