King Koil India | Noida H.O.
We are looking for a versatile Graphic Designer to join our Head Office team in Noida. This is a full-time, in-office role that combines creative design with essential digital coordination. You will be responsible for translating our premium brand identity into high-quality visual content while managing critical customer-facing documents and promotional data.
The ideal candidate is a proactive creator who can balance the "art" of luxury branding with the "logic" of data management and digital communication.
Key Responsibilities
1. Visual Identity & Digital Communication- Design premium graphics for Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and WhatsApp marketing.
- Create high-impact digital assets for Event Invitations, festival wishes, and corporate announcements.
- Draft and design professional WhatsApp message templates to streamline customer and dealer outreach.
2. E-Warranty & Data Management
- Generate and manage digital e-warranty certificates for our pan-India customer base.
- Accurately maintain and update the GST sheet for e-warranties, ensuring all data is organized for compliance and auditing purposes.
3. Promotional Campaigns & Schemes
- Develop creative templates for Sales Schemes and Special Offers for our retail network.
- Convert complex offer structures into clean, easy-to-understand visual layouts for dealers and end-consumers.
4. Brand Consistency
- Maintain King Koil’s premium brand standards across all platforms and print materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refresh existing collateral for seasonal promotions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Design Tools: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva Pro.
- Data Management: Strong command of Microsoft Excel (essential for managing GST-related data and e-warranty logs).
- Communication: Ability to write clear, professional copy for social media and official invites.
- Accuracy: High attention to detail in both visual design and data entry.
- Professionalism: Ability to work effectively in a corporate office environment.
