Graphic Designer – Clean Beauty Startup
Location: [On-site /Indore]
We’re a fast-paced sustainable beauty startup building clean, planet-first products—and bold visuals to match. We’re looking for a hands-on Graphic Designer who can think fast, design faster, and use both design software and AI tools to create work that stands out.
What You’ll Do
- Design scroll-stopping creatives for packaging & labels, social media, website, ads, campaigns, and launches
- Build and evolve our brand system—from brand books and templates to presentations and digital assets
- Translate raw ideas and quick briefs into impactful visuals
- Use AI tools to accelerate design workflows without losing brand quality
- Manage multiple tasks, fast turnarounds, and changing priorities like a pro
- Ensure everything looks consistent, intentional, and on-brand
What We’re Looking For
- Strong skills in design software like CorelDraw, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); and more.
- Comfortable using AI-powered design tools (image generation, enhancements, layout support)
- Prior experience with beauty, lifestyle, wellness, or sustainability brands is a plus
- A sharp eye for detail, typography, and storytelling
- Ability to work fast, independently, and with clarity
- Good written communication skills—you get the brief and execute without hand-holding
