Job Opening: Graphic Designer
Location: Mangalore (Onsite Only)

We are a brand strategy and marketing agency based in Mangalore. We work with a select set of clients across fitness, hospitality, aesthetics and consumer brands. We are currently rebranding, so you won't find much about us online yet. Happy to tell you more when we speak.
About the Role
We are hiring a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles and a genuine passion for visual storytelling. The role primarily focuses on graphic design for digital, social and print, with motion graphics as an occasional supporting skill.
Key Responsibilities
- Design: Create visually appealing and effective designs for print, digital and social media platforms.
- Motion Graphics: Support the creation of motion graphics and animated design elements for social and digital content, as needed.
- Branding: Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials, working within established brand guidelines.
- Print Production: Collaborate with printers and support the production process for stationery and packaging.
- Journal Design: Layout and design our journals in InDesign, working within our brand's design system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our team to deliver designs that meet project objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of professional design experience.
- Software Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Motion Graphics: Working knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics and animation is a plus.
- Design Fundamentals: Strong grasp of typography, colour theory, layout and composition.
- Nice to Have: Illustration skills, exposure to print production processes and exposure to brand identity or logo design work.
- Soft Skills: Good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Additional Information
- Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 based on experience and portfolio quality.
- Benefits: Paid time off and professional development opportunities.
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
