Role overview -
- We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented graphic designer who can translate complex concepts into visually compelling communication.
- The candidate should be able to handle both digital and print design requirements while maintaining brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities -
- Design creatives for social media, website, emailers, and digital campaigns
- Develop brochures, catalogs, exhibition panels, and technical documents
- Create visual storytelling for industrial products (machines, processes, USPs)
- Work on branding elements – logos, typography, color systems, brand guidelines
- Design presentation decks (PPTs) for sales and business development teams
- Collaborate with content writers, marketers, and external agencies
- Understand briefs and deliver concept-driven, high-quality designs
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints
- Adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms
- Manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- (Bonus: After Effects / Premiere Pro)
Good understanding of:
- Layout, typography, color theory, and composition
- Ability to simplify technical/industrial information visually
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles
- Strong attention to detail and aesthetics
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with B2B / manufacturing / industrial brands
- Experience in exhibition design and print production
- Understanding of digital marketing creatives and ad formats
- Ability to take creative ownership and suggest ideas proactively
