Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer based in Mohali. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs, developing brand assets, and designing logos and marketing materials. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements, implementing typography techniques, and ensuring consistency with branding guidelines. The Graphic Designer will also be expected to manage multiple design projects efficiently, ensuring timely completion with high quality.
Key Responsibilities
• Design creatives for social media, advertisements, and websites
• Develop presentations, academic visuals, and branding materials
• Work on tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Figma
• Maintain consistency in layout, typography, and visual identity
• Convert ideas into design → iteration → final output
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in graphic design
• Science background (12th level preferred) Skills Required
• Strong design sense: layout, typography, color theory
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma, Google Slides)
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools like Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects
• Creative thinking and attention to detail
• Punjabi proficiency (preferred)
Additional Requirements
• Ability to work onsite
• Strong execution and deadline management
• Knowledge of English and Punjabi.
