Role Description
We are looking for a Graphic Design Management Trainee who can combine strong visual fundamentals with sharp thinking. This is a full-time on-site role in Gurugram. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts and designs for various projects, including branding materials, logos, and marketing collateral. Day-to-day tasks include designing graphics, refining branding elements, enhancing typography, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the development of visually compelling and cohesive designs that support the company’s mission and vision. Someone who understands that design is not just about aesthetics but about clear communication and structured thinking. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll work closely with the marketing team on real, high-impact deliverables used in enterprise communication.
What You'll Work On:
- Design Social Media Creatives and B2B marketing creatives.
- Skills in Logo Design and Branding to ensure cohesive visual identity.
- Create visuals for product launches, partnerships, and campaigns.
- Build presentation designs, and other marketing collaterals.
- Design newsletters, event design collaterals, and marketing assets.
- Simplify complex tech concepts into clear visual communication.
- Contribute ideas, not just execute briefs.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong fundamentals in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create clean, modern, software product / saas grade designs.
- Understanding of branding consistency and systems.
- Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, affinity or similar tools.
- Comfortable with Canva for quick execution.
- Basic motion design skills (plus).
- Ability to work fast, handle pressure, and maintain quality and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and an eye for aesthetics.
