We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer (Creative + AI-Savvy) (KOLKATA- Work from office)
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who doesn’t just design but thinks creatively, experiments fearlessly, and knows how to blend design skills with AI tools.
If you have fresh ideas, a strong visual sense, and know how to get the best results from AI through smart prompting, we want to hear from you.
What you’ll do
-Create engaging creatives for social media, branding, marketing & campaigns
-Translate ideas, concepts, and briefs into powerful visuals
-Use AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, Adobe AI, etc.) to enhance design output
-Collaborate with marketing & content teams to maintain brand consistency
-Stay updated with design trends, formats, and digital aesthetics
What we’re looking for
* Strong fundamentals in graphic design (layout, typography, color, composition)
* Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Canva, CorelDraw
* Ability to use AI tools effectively + strong prompting skills
* Fresh perspective, creativity, and problem-solving mindset
* Ability to understand briefs and deliver on time
* *English-medium background preferred* (for better communication & brand alignment)
Bonus points if you
* Love experimenting with new tools & trends
* Can think beyond templates and repetitive designs
* Understand branding, storytelling, and audience psychology
