We are looking for a talented and self-driven Graphic Designer with Social Media Executive experience to join our in-house creative team. You will be responsible for designing all visual content across our brands and managing our social media presence end to end.
This is a hands-on creative role where your work will be seen, used, and celebrated every single day.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media creatives, carousels, banners, and post templates across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
- Manage and execute social media content calendars consistently
- Design café and restaurant style menus, brochures, flyers, and marketing collateral
- Create and refine logos and brand identity materials
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver creatives on time
- Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements
- Stay updated on design trends and platform-specific best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year of experience in graphic design and social media management
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience designing café/restaurant menus, brochures, and logos
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or equivalent tools
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content that performs
- Solid eye for typography, colour, layout, and visual storytelling
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
- Good communication skills in English/Gujarati/Hindi is a plus
Good to Have
- Experience managing a brand's social media page end to end
- Video editing or Instagram Reels creation skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn personal branding content
- Prior experience working with a startup, staffing, or tech brand
