Job Overview
Innoage is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team at our Kasna location. The ideal candidate will have a strong visual sense, the ability to translate ideas into compelling designs, and a passion for delivering high-quality creative work across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, and advertisements
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Edit and refine designs based on feedback
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (freshers with strong portfolios can apply)
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is a plus
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing or advertising agency
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
