About the role:
We’re currently hiring for a fast-growing, VC-backed startup in the building materials space that’s building multiple brands across construction and specialty materials.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on design work across branding, packaging, social media, and marketing creatives — with some exposure to video editing as well.
Role: Graphic Designer
Location: Raipur
Work Setup: In-office | 6 days/week | 10 AM – 7 PM
What you’ll work on:
- Social media creatives & marketing assets
- Product packaging design
- Branding & visual communication
- Reels / basic video editing
- Supporting brand consistency across platforms
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience
- Strong expertise in Graphic Design
- Working knowledge of Video Editing
- Proficiency in Photoshop & Illustrator
- Basic understanding of Premiere Pro / After Effects
Good to have:
- Figma / basic UI understanding
- Exposure to AI tools (Midjourney, Ideogram, etc.)
- Startup experience
- Experience with product, manufacturing, or B2B brands
Important:
- This is NOT a UI/UX-focused role
- Core focus is Graphic Design + Video Editing
