About the Role
Illuminate Communication is looking for a full time Graphic Designer to join our growing team in Chennai. We’re a branding and creative studio working across social media, marketing and branding and we’re looking for someone who enjoys both thinking and designing.
Key Responsibilities
• Design creatives for social media, campaigns, and brand communication
• Work on branding projects including logos, visual identities, and guidelines
• Create marketing collateral (digital + print) such as brochures, and presentations
• Translate briefs into strong visual concepts and executions
• Collaborate with the team on ideas, strategy, and creative direction
• Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and composition
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite / Figma)
• Ability to think conceptually, not just execute designs
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics
• Ability to manage timelines and take ownership of work
