Role Description
We are looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong knack for visual storytelling and the ability to create thought‑provoking, idea‑driven designs. The ideal candidate should go beyond aesthetics and use design to communicate messages, evoke emotion, and spark curiosity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create compelling visual stories for social media, campaigns, websites, presentations, and print
- Translate concepts, ideas, and narratives into impactful designs
- Develop creative concepts that are original, meaningful, and thought‑provoking
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to build story‑led campaigns
- Ensure all designs align with brand tone and messaging
- Iterate designs based on feedback while preserving the core idea
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Ability to think conceptually and build a story through design
- Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing for digital platforms (social media, ads, web)
- Portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and storytelling work
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with branding and campaign design
- Basic motion graphics or video editing knowledge
- Familiarity with Figma or Canva
