Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to manage the complete design lifecycle from concept to final delivery. The ideal candidate should possess strong visual storytelling skills, technical expertise in design tools, and the ability to create impactful digital creatives aligned with brand objectives. This role requires ownership, quality control, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while collaborating closely with the Creative Head and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end design projects from initial brief to final execution and export.
- Create engaging and visually impactful creatives for digital and social media platforms.
- Ensure high standards of quality control, including alignment, consistency, spelling, and formatting accuracy.
- Develop high-quality templates and assets for rapid deployment across campaigns.
- Translate client requirements into creative and engaging visual narratives.
- Work extensively on Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for design execution.
- Maintain organized file structures, naming conventions, and asset management systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of creatives and campaign requirements.
- Utilize AI-powered tools and creative workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure projects are delivered within timelines while maintaining design quality and brand consistency.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in graphic design or related creative role.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
- Good working knowledge of Canva and social media content design.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and workflows is preferred.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
