Herbaria is a fast-growing Indian luxury vegan skincare brand known for its playful colors, botanical infusions, zero-plastic formats, and high-performance formulas.
We create happy, fragrant, sensorial skincare that makes self-care fun and aesthetic.
We are now expanding our in-house creative team and looking for a fast, aesthetic-first designer who lives and breathes social media visuals.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Graphic Designer (Photoshop + Illustrator Specialist)
Herbaria – Modern Botanicals
Location: Gurgaon (On-site)
Experience: 2–4 Years
ABOUT THE ROLE
We need a technically strong designer who is excellent in:
✔ Photoshop
✔ Illustrator
✔ Product retouching
✔ Packaging adaptations
✔ High-quality social media design
✔ D2C-style visuals
✔ Fast, reliable output
This is NOT an “agency designer” role (slow, theoretical).
This is a brand designer role → someone who works quickly, cleanly, aesthetically, and can handle real-life design needs every single day.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Advanced Social Media Design (Daily Creative Work)
2. Product Retouching & Composites
3. Packaging Artwork
4. Website Banners + Campaign Graphics
5. Reel Graphics + Basic Video Elements
6. Marketing Collaterals
GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS
• Knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro
• Ability to direct basic product photography
• Experience with beauty, fragrance, skincare brands
• Can design carousel ads for performance marketing
