Harvee Designs is a Coimbatore-based digital marketing and custom software development company, helping brands grow through strategic marketing, design, and technology solutions. We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and help maintain a strong, consistent visual presence across our social media platforms.
About the Role
We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can create eye-catching posters, images, and banners for our LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook pages. You will be responsible for keeping our social media presence fresh, on-brand, and visually engaging on an ongoing basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative posters, social media posts, and promotional graphics for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Create website banners and other digital marketing visuals
- Maintain brand consistency (colors, fonts, style) across all designs
- Work with the marketing team to plan a regular content/design calendar
- Edit and enhance images for use in campaigns and posts
- Stay updated with current design trends and social media formats (reels covers, carousels, stories, etc.)
- Deliver designs within given timelines
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (mandatory)
- A strong portfolio showcasing poster design, social media graphics, and banner design
- Good understanding of layout, color theory, and typography
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple design requests
- Basic knowledge of social media design specifications (post sizes, banner dimensions, etc.)
- Good communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively
Good to Have
- Experience designing for social media pages of a brand/company
- Knowledge of Canva or other design tools
- Basic understanding of digital marketing/branding concepts
- Familiarity with video/reel editing tools (added advantage, not mandatory)
