Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Kozhikode. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts and designs for digital and print campaigns, including social media creatives, marketing collateral, and web assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing brand-aligned graphics, collaborating with marketing and content teams, refining concepts from brief to final output, and ensuring consistency across all design touchpoints. The role also involves preparing production-ready files, iterating based on feedback, and staying current with design trends and industry best practices. The Graphic Designer is expected to contribute to brainstorming sessions and support branding initiatives for clients across diverse sectors.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating creative and effective visual communication.
- Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to select and arrange type for clarity, hierarchy, and aesthetic impact.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, manage multiple projects, and deliver within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling skills, and openness to feedback and collaboration.
- Experience in agency or digital marketing environments is an advantage
