Role Overview
We are seeking a highly creative Graphic Designer to create visually impactful designs that strengthen Guby Rogers Academy’s digital and brand presence. The role requires strong expertise in branding, social media creatives, marketing materials, presentations, and visual storytelling. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and community teams to deliver engaging and high-quality designs for campaigns, events, workshops, and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging creatives for social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Create posters, banners, presentations, brochures, event creatives, advertisements, and branding materials.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop visually appealing campaigns and promotional assets.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, color palettes, and overall visual communication.
- Design creatives for webinars, workshops, internships, recruitment drives, and student engagement campaigns.
- Work on UI elements, pitch decks, mockups, and creative concepts for digital projects.
- Edit and optimize graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for multiple platforms and formats.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and industry standards.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines efficiently.
Requirements
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Figma, Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW and Adobe Express.
- Familiarity with modern AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Midjourney, ChatGPT, and other generative design tools is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, branding, and visual hierarchy.
- Creativity with attention to detail and strong aesthetic sense.
- Ability to convert ideas into professional and visually engaging designs.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in motion graphics, video thumbnails, UI/UX design, or animation will be an added advantage.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work is mandatory.
