🎨 Hiring: Graphic Designer
📍 Location: Surat, Gujarat (Candidates based in Surat or nearby locations preferred)

Growlity is seeking talented and creative Graphic Designers to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about visual communication and interested in working on high-impact sustainability and ESG projects.
🔹 Role Summary
The selected candidates will be responsible for designing visually engaging content across sustainability reports, corporate presentations, marketing materials, and digital platforms. The role requires the ability to translate complex ESG and sustainability data into clear, compelling visual formats.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Design ESG and sustainability reports, as well as corporate presentations
• Develop infographics, charts, and visual storytelling elements
• Create marketing creatives including social media posts, brochures, and promotional assets
• Build branding elements, layouts, and reusable design templates
• Design assets for websites, webinars, and digital campaigns
• Collaborate closely with content teams to convert technical data into impactful visuals
• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all deliverables
• Support client-facing presentations and investor communication materials
🔹 Candidate Profile
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, Figma, and AI-based design tools
• Strong understanding of typography, layout design, and color theory
• Experience in corporate communication and report design is preferred
• Ability to create data-driven visualizations and infographics
