Key Responsibilities
- Create unique rug designs (modern, abstract, traditional as needed)
- Develop color palettes and design variations
- Convert concepts into production-ready files
- Work with the team on trend research and collections
- Adapt designs based on feedback and sampling requirements
Qualifications And Requirements
Pursuing or completed degree in Textile Design / NIFT or similar
Strong sense of color, pattern, and layout
Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop)
Understanding of textures, weaves, and rug formats is a plus
Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
