Graphic Designer – GIGABOX
About GIGABOX:
GIGABOX is a 60-minute delivery-led omnichannel retail platform for general merchandise, seamlessly bridging online and offline shopping to deliver a unified "App Bhi, Store Bhi" customer experience. We operate category-dedicated branded stores—spanning Kitchen, Sports, Toys, Bags, Gift, Electronics, Cosmetics, Home Decor, and more —that are fully integrated with our iOS and Android apps.
Our core USPs include 80-90% product assortment availability, a true touch-and-feel in-store experience, and fast local delivery within 60 minutes. Within 6 months of launch, we achieved over 5+ crores in cumulative revenue, attaining both store-level and company-level profitability. We currently operate two large-format stores in Jodhpur, Rajasthan: The GIGABOX Kitchen Store (4500+ sq. ft.) and GIGABOX Sports Store (4000+ sq. ft.), both launched-on 10th Nov 2025. We are actively expanding with two additional Jodhpur stores for Toys and Bags, scheduled to launch on 14th September 2026. Backed by ₹7 crores raised across two funding rounds in our first year, our current ARR is ₹12 crore and is projected to reach ₹25 crore post-expansion. Our overarching vision is to build India's No. 1 general merchandise platform across the top 50 cities by launching 600 stores over the next 5-8 years.

Key Responsibilities
- Design high-converting creatives for Instagram, Facebook, Google, and YouTube campaigns
- Create ad creatives, reel covers, story creatives, banners, and promotional campaigns
- Develop multiple creative concepts and variations for performance marketing
- Design hoardings, standees, brochures, packaging, store branding, signage, and print materials
- Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
- Create thumbnails, motion graphics, overlays, and visual assets for reels and videos
- Support the content team with creative direction and visual storytelling
- Coordinate with marketing, cataloging, and content teams for campaign execution
- Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment
Required Skills
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW
- Good knowledge of Canva and Figma
- Understanding of branding, typography, layouts, and color psychology
- Experience in social media and performance marketing creatives
- Basic video editing and motion graphics knowledge preferred
- Strong understanding of modern retail and D2C brand aesthetics
Preferred Background
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic design
- Experience with retail, D2C, e-commerce, or startup brands preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, ad creatives, and social media work
