Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer, based in New Delhi. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs, including graphics, logos, and branding materials, aligned with the organization’s mission. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with team members to conceptualize and execute designs, refining design drafts, and ensuring the consistency of visual branding. The role requires a proactive approach to creative problem-solving and maintaining alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, with hands-on experience in designing creative visual materials.
- Expertise in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a strong organizational identity.
- Knowledge of Typography and its application to create clear and engaging designs.
- Strong understanding of design tools and software, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar programs.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects within deadlines.
- Prior experience in working with non-profit organizations or on human rights-related projects is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
