Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the company's branding, marketing, digital communication, and visual storytelling requirements across all business functions. The role is responsible for developing high-impact designs for print, digital, web, presentations, and social media while ensuring alignment with brand standards. This position requires strong expertise in branding, layout design, typography, illustration, and multimedia content creation. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing creative projects, producing engaging visual assets, and supporting marketing initiatives for a technology-driven and engineering-focused organization.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital design, print collateral, and social media creatives.
- Professional training or certifications in Adobe Creative Suite, motion graphics, or multimedia design are preferred.
- Sound knowledge of typography, color theory, layout principles, and production-ready artwork preparation.
Experience
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communication, or digital creative roles.
- Hands-on experience creating brochures, posters, banners, presentations, social media creatives, and marketing collateral.
- Practical exposure to video editing, multimedia content development, and campaign design for digital platforms.
- Experience working with brand guidelines and delivering creative assets for both print and digital channels.
- Prior experience in B2B, engineering, technology, geospatial, industrial, or services-based organizations is an advantage.
Key Accountabilities
- Understand brand requirements and translate them into a strong visual tone and consistent design approach.
- Develop branding materials including brochures, posters, pamphlets, presentations, templates, print advertisements, website graphics, and social media assets.
- Create compelling logos, illustrations, infographics, and design concepts for print and digital media.
- Develop corporate and creative digital marketing banners, campaign creatives, and promotional visuals.
- Create, edit, and optimize videos for marketing campaigns, social media, internal communication, and promotional requirements.
- Ensure all graphics, templates, and layouts are visually appealing and aligned with the company's brand guidelines.
- Develop creative designs across offline, online, digital, and print channels based on business and campaign needs.
- Select the right images, typography, color palettes, graphics, and layouts for each project as per brand standards.
- Collaborate with marketing, HR, business development, and technical teams to understand briefs and deliver effective visual communication.
- Design presentation decks, proposal graphics, and client-facing materials with a professional corporate look and feel.
- Adapt creative content for multiple formats, screen sizes, print specifications, and platform requirements.
- Review, edit, and refine design outputs to maintain accuracy, consistency, and high creative quality.
- Organize and maintain design files, editable source files, templates, brand assets, and creative archives.
- Support website and digital content updates with engaging banners, icons, and promotional visuals.
- Manage multiple design assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and business priorities.
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and creative techniques to continuously improve output quality.
