About the Role
We are seeking a versatile Graphic Designer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team on-site in Mumbai. In this role, you will bridge UI/UX design, performance creative production, and AI-driven image editing. You will build high-converting e-commerce web layouts, design paid media ad creatives across digital platforms, and leverage tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Higgsfield to deliver stunning visuals for global furniture and home decor brands.
Key Responsibilities
- E-Commerce Graphics & UI/UX: Design high-quality graphics for e-commerce websites—including promotional banners, hero images, category thumbnails, and user-centric landing page layouts (UI/UX) in Figma.
- Paid Media Creatives & Social Content: Craft high-converting paid ad creatives (Meta, Pinterest, Google Display) and organic social media content, including image posts, stories, carousels, and short-form video assets.
- Photo Retouching & Product Staging: Perform high-end photo editing, background removal, color correction, and lifestyle product staging to present furniture items at their absolute best.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual collateral strictly adheres to client brand guidelines, maintaining premium aesthetic standards suitable for home decor and interior design audiences.
- Modern Toolstack & AI Workflows: Utilize tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and emerging AI tools (e.g., Higgsfield, Generative AI) to speed up creative workflows and produce realistic visual assets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, UI/UX asset creation, and paid media ad design (Portfolio required).
- Work Setup: Must be available to work on-site full-time at our office in Mumbai.
- Software & Tool Expertise:
- Design & Prototyping: Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- AI & Video Tools: Hands-on experience with AI tools like Higgsfield, Photoshop Generative AI, Midjourney, and short-form video editing apps (CapCut/Premiere).
- Core Competencies: Strong grasp of UI/UX principles, e-commerce conversion design, visual hierarchy, color theory, and luxury home decor aesthetics.
