Job Title: Graphic Designer (2–4 Years Experience)
CTC: ₹30K Monthly CTC (Fixed)
About the Role
We are looking for more than just a designer—we are seeking a visual thinker who can translate ideas into compelling, high-impact creatives. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and a strong understanding of current design trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute creative designs across digital and print platforms
- Develop marketing creatives, branding materials, and campaign visuals
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective design solutions
- Ensure consistency in brand communication and visual identity
- Optimize designs based on feedback and performance insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in graphic design
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- CorelDRAW is mandatory
- Working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro (preferred)
- Experience with AI-based design tools (image and video creation)
