About The Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with video editing skills to join our dynamic team remotely. This full-time, permanent role offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to contribute to diverse visual projects that enhance our brand presence and marketing efforts. As a Graphic Designer with Video Editing capabilities, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content across multiple platforms, including social media, websites, and internal communications. Your role will involve designing engaging graphics, editing videos for various formats, and ensuring consistency in brand messaging. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for aesthetics, a strong understanding of current design trends, and proficiency in video editing software.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a basic understanding of graphic design principles and video editing techniques. A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if the candidate demonstrates relevant skills and experience. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects is essential. Experience with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is required. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A portfolio showcasing previous design and video editing work will be highly advantageous. Fresh graduates with a strong passion for visual storytelling are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality visuals for social media campaigns, website assets, landing pages, and marketing collateral that align with brand guidelines.
- Create and edit engaging video content for social media platforms and YouTube, including short-form videos, tutorials, and promotional videos.
- Manage and grow Specbee’s YouTube channel by designing thumbnails, uploading videos, optimizing content for search, and maintaining a consistent posting schedule.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visual ideas that support campaign objectives.
- Work with the HR team to design internal creatives such as hiring posts, employer branding assets, and event materials to promote company culture.
- Ensure all visual outputs are consistent with brand identity and messaging across all channels.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media formats, and video styles that resonate with target audiences.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines without compromising quality.
