About The Role
We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Content Designer to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is pivotal in shaping the visual storytelling of our clients’ brands through static graphics and engaging short-form videos. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for design, a strong understanding of current digital trends, and the ability to produce content that captures attention and drives engagement across social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. As a key member of our creative team, you will work closely with marketing strategists and outreach specialists to translate marketing objectives into visually compelling narratives that align with brand guidelines and market expectations.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in digital content creation, preferably within an agency environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, is essential, along with strong skills in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut. A solid understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, and layout, tailored for digital consumption is required. Experience in creating viral or high-engagement video content, especially Reels, TikToks, and Shorts, is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills in English are necessary to interpret creative briefs, collaborate effectively with team members, and incorporate feedback efficiently. A proactive attitude toward trend monitoring and an ability to adapt quickly to evolving digital landscapes are also important qualifications for this role.
Responsibilities
- Short-Form Video Creation: Conceptualize, produce, and edit engaging short videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, focusing on transitions, timing, and audio synchronization to maximize viewer engagement.
- Graphic Design: Develop high-quality visual assets for social media posts, email campaigns, display advertisements, and presentation decks, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain a cohesive visual identity across multiple client brands, adhering to specific brand guidelines and aligning content with US market trends and audience preferences.
- Collaborative Development: Work closely with marketing and outreach teams to translate strategic objectives into visually compelling stories that support campaign goals.
- Trend Analysis: Keep abreast of the latest digital content trends, especially within the US market, and incorporate innovative ideas into content creation to stay ahead of competitors.
