About The Role
We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Content Designer specializing in Graphics and Reels to join our team on a permanent night shift basis. This role is pivotal in creating captivating visual content tailored for US-based audiences, supporting our marketing efforts across social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for design, a strong understanding of video editing, and the ability to produce content that drives engagement and brand awareness. Working closely with our outreach and strategy teams, you will translate marketing objectives into visually compelling stories that align with client guidelines and market trends. Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an agency setting. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, is essential, along with expertise in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut. A proven track record of creating viral or high-engagement short-form videos is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, and layout, specifically for digital marketing. Excellent communication skills in English are required to effectively interpret creative briefs, collaborate with team members, and incorporate feedback. A strong sense of trend awareness within the US digital landscape is necessary to produce content that resonates with the target audience.
Responsibilities
- Short-Form Video: Conceptualize, edit, and produce engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts that capture attention and encourage interaction.
- Graphic Design: Develop high-quality visual assets for social media posts, email campaigns, display advertisements, and pitch presentations, ensuring consistency and brand integrity.
